Seriously, the Republicans do not send jobs overseas. This is a election year talking point to mislead. We have a freemarket system and the government cannot control whether or not businesses buy from China and lay people off. The current Dem "plan" is to give tax incentives to keep businesses here. This will not work. There's no tax incentive large enough to make up the difference between $4 per week and $14 per hour. Republicans admit this and say people have to get different jobs. That's scary, but reality.

If it weren't for the liberal unions, companies could afford to keep jobs in America.

Clinton had eight years to make laws to bring those jobs back. Why is everything the fault of conservatives?

BTW - Some of the jobs are coming back. The only jobs that will probably stay overseas is labor/factory work because Americans are too spoiled to work that hard for little money.

Do you do your part? Do you only buy products made and assembled in America? If not, you have no right to complain.

A lot of jobs are going overseas because unions are driving them out. Unions are mainly run by libs. If GM makes a car for $10,000 dollars but has to charge $20,000 to make a profit it will hurt us. Toyota can make the same car but superior for less. Many corporations have to find workers outside the US because labor unions demand that their workers get paid more money for less work. Doesn't make sense but that's the meat of the situation. I am currently laid off of my job because Canada can make a superior product. Why couldn't my factory do it? Labor costs. Our union demanded more money for a poor quality item. So our buyers went to a superior product that was cheaper. Thanks to the union I'm jobless and the money that could be going into our economy is going into Canada.

I don't think business and corporations are strictly conservatives.... AOL, for example, is an extremely liberal based company, yet MANY jobs are shipped overseas...

Do not lob all business decisions on a specific political party

Outsourcing has nothing to do with patriotism......its all about economics.

I am sure if there was a lifesaving drug in china that cud save your son's life u wouldnt mind paying whatever they want to get it for your son.

similarly the companies are here to make profit and they would look to get the cheapest possible labour.
