Go somewhere you have never been to in London..... Even a cruise on the Thames.... Then explore some restaurants in Soho and go to Fabric in Farringdon.

Try the comedy store at piccadilly then on to a club or into china town. If not why not get out of london and hire a boat on the norfolk broads for the weekend with loads of booze. If all else fails book everyone skydiving.

Yeah. Surprise your mother since she bore you on the same day last 20 years ago. It was the day your life started. Tell her how much you love her. Buy her something for giving you life and raising you until this age. This is just a simple return for her gratitude upon you. And your father as well. It should be a family day as well as memorable day for your friends. Throw a party at home with the help of your parents. Tell your friends that how important to reckon the gratitude of parents on us. It sure will be a new life for you after the day.
Every birthday, you should realise how your parents overcame the difficulties when they bore you. That will create a strong link between you and ur parents. And you will start to know how much they love you.

Nothing special being 20 just go for a meal wid your mates and for a few drinks afterwards, save the big party for next year!

Get out ofLondon for the day - some fresh air will do you good.

if ur adventurous, try going out of london and go trekking! go up the mountains with friends! picnic and stuff...
