I was dating a guy for a month and we slept together on the 10th August, he came inside of me, two days after we broke up, i met a new guy, we slept together 4 times from 24th August, i had my period last time on 28th July, but the second guy did not use a condom, but he never went inside of me... I am few weeks pregnant, witch one is the daddy?

You are going to get lots of thoughts on this but the truth is no one answering this question could know for sure. It seems more likely to be the first guy but that does not mean it is. It could also be the second guy if you didn't use protection. You say the second guy didn't come but it only takes one really determined sperm for you to be pregnant and you did do it 4 times! Can you really guarantee no sperm was inside you?
Should you decide to proceed with this pregnancy you will just need to get a DNA test when the baby is born. When you go for a scan they might be able to give you an estimate on the conception date but these aren't 100% reliable either. My friend just had a baby and at the 2 month scan he was showing up to be the size of a 3 month old. You should talk to the guys obviously to let them know the situation.
I would also suggest that you get tested for STI and STD as pregnancy isn't the only thing you should be worried about.
I know it is too late this time and I am not preaching but please use condoms in the future. In this day and age you can't take risks like that. It's just not worth it.
I appreciate this is a difficult situation but without DNA you can never be 100% sure. It may not be the answer you want to hear but it is the truth.

they usually say two weeks before your period is when you can conceive and that is actually when I got pg for my daughter I had *sex* on the 10 of DEC 1993 and I was due to have my period Christmas day I was like clock work ever time I could tell you the next day I would start my period but Christmas day no period so count back 14 days from the 29 th of Aug or what ever day you should have started your next period and that should be the day you conceived but there are exceptions to that rule but also the eggs are good for a few days i think it is like a 3 days not real sure tho and the guys sperm can live for a few days the only way you would know for sure a test of his DNA but you can be pretty close just by guessing how long is your cycle too it makes a diff.. mine is 32 days so if yours is the same then you would have been due to have your period on the 29 of Aug which means you would have been able to get pg on the15 of Aug so I would say the new guy but if you only had a 21 day cycle it would be diff... say 24 day cycle which is most common which would be the 7 of Aug and if the eggs lived three day it was the first guy sorry you would need to know when you ovulate and how long your cycle is !!!!!! good luck!!!

I forgot to tell you when I got pg with the baby on the 10 of Dec we were using a condom but it failed I know this cuase I only had *sex* with hubby once that whole month now my ex but she is a very pretty girl now 12 and I love her very much and I am glad I had her oh I was praying I would get pg but using a condom for hubby's sake and no I did not poke holes in the condom I wish I had thought of that but God took care of me and answered my prayers!!!!

Well if your only a FEW weeks pregannt like say (between 4-6)
then it's the SECOND guy's child
but if your more than 6 weeks pregnant than no doubt it's the FIRST guys baby(you should be about 10 weeks pregnant then)
But a paternity test is good...do that and save yourself a lifetime of embarrassment and guilt..also so that way your child will be callign the right man daddy

If the second guy didn't enter you, there isnt any chance of him being the father. Even though the first guy used a condom, read the packet, the are not 100% safe. Speak to guy number one and explain your situation and suggest he may soon have a responsibility to think about. I hope you have some family support, because the chances are he may not want anything to do with your child. Good luck.

i believe the guy you slept with on the 10th is the father because ovulation begins on the 14th day after the first day of your last period. it is always a good idea to have a paternity test though, that way you know for sure.good luck

sound like he did to me or you would not be wondering who it is.
if he did not its probably the first guy.
think you should learn to close them legs for a bit longer than ..2 DAYS... and use a condom dam it.
