does sugar affects hyperhidrosis

Very little sugar is needed in the human body, as the body creates glucose (blood sugar) from all food we ingest. I think it can affect hyperhidrosis, if insulin overproduction (the body's natural reaction to too much sugar intake) is occurring.

From what I have read (mainly Barry Sears' "Enter the Zone"), insulin overproduction can cause imbalance in other chemicals throughout our body, leading to a condition called hypoglycemia. At times, hypoglycemia can cause night sweats, so hyperhidrosis is also a possible result. There is some basic info about hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) at www.hufa.org.

You can get all the sugar your body needs by eating fresh fruit.
Avoid refined white sugar, and artificial sweeteners completely.
