Lets clarify. There is a HUGE difference between hot and sexy. Hot directly implies physical attributes that make a woman attractive, whereas sexiness is totally determined by attitude. There could be a girl that was extremely hot according to my physical standards and not sexy at all because of her attitude, and vice versa. So broken down into these two categories.
Hottest: I can't say, to me, hottest is healthiest. You tell me who the healthiest woman on earth is, and she's the hottest to me.
Sexiest: Sexiness in a woman is pickiness, confidence, never willing to settle for less than the best type woman. Knows shes sexy even when shes got no makeup on and in old holey sweats. Whatever woman is the most like this is the sexiest to me.
I don't know enough women to say definitively who would best fit these descriptions.

The hottest woman I would like to meet would have to be Angelina Jolie for obvious reasons. The hottest chick I know is a friend of mine. Her eyes, her lips, her smile mmmmm yummy

She's got a booty, she's Brazilian (which means she's got a permanent tan) & she's got big lips.
If I had to be a woman from another race, or just another woman in general, I'd be her.

Me. People love my smile, they think it is sexy. And I am artistic so I am always wearing something neat that I made. I think that is sexy in a way. But I'm a little biased, so it may not count.
