Sorry,i'm not very well in english.I just learn.I appologize for my incorrect previous question.I didn't explain it clear.
On friends computer I can read the text.On mine only strange signs

Most likely you do not have the necessary fonts installed. Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options. It will open up a window. Click on the Languages tab at the top. Check "Install files for East Asian Languages" and "Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages." Click on Apply. It should install the necessary files.

Install the correct software . Eg: If the word processing software used for the text is not on your computer you probably cant run it. Try opening it with a different word software

Your software is not recognising the language on the CD.
Most software is English-based, but translation software is available.
Hence the $_++!..>< stuff.
Try the general heading of "translation software" on the net.

Yes, you need to download the fonts for that language and install them in your system preferences.

perhaps you need to down load Adobe Reader 7 this is to read pdf files then open the page in Adobe

go to micorsoft.com and download the language pack for your language.
