No because Meatloaf wouldn't be doing it and therefore the song lyrics would be...I wont allow you to do that or your not doing that!! So he ain't talking about the same thing!!

He won't do that. Listen to the song. Before he sings the main line (But I won't do that) he names a group of things that he would do for love and one thing he won't (ie: I'd never forgive myself if we don't go all the way, tonight, I would do anything for love, but I won't do that) Meaning the last line he just said.
Since he doesn't say he won't do the finger in the a s s, I guess that count in the anything. But I won't do that!
