I am studying B.Sc. Second year my combinations are Bio-technology, Bio-Chemistry and Chemistry. I am more interested in doing a Foresic course (Any where in India), What percentage of Marks should i obtain?

My wife teaches Forensics. She has a MS from Johns Hopkins in Biotechnology. All her grades were 4.0. Due to the large amount of science required If you can't maintain your grades I would look elsewhere.
As for colleges. I don't know about India...But in (US) Maryland.
McDaniel College & Villa Julie are the places to go.
