use the cervical mucus method or the dry- wet method. when your mucus is wet and sticky it means you're fertile, if it's dry and break into two (like a paste), means you can enjoy the whole night with your partner. know also about the calendar method.

go ask a doctor! or by getting pregnant i'd think the first 1 would be better for u though
