This is an intresting question, the answer is simple but not for the reason people think.
when you hellucenate you arnt seeing the image with your eyes, you're seeing it from your brain, so one might think that a blind person (from birth) with eye problems could hellucenate since hellucenations have nothing to do with eye sight.
however it does pull the images from memory and if a person has never seen a color in there life its inpossible to hellucenate that, your brain just wont make up a color out of know where... it needs to know it exists first.
I'm not blind so i can't be 100% sure but i'm pretty sure that they wouldent see anyhting that they have never seen before. mabye they will hellucante somthing a blind person see's on a daily basis (blackness?)

Your mind wouldn't be able to convert colours and information from your eyes as you are blind therefore you would not see anything as you were blind from birth but you may feel weird and disorientated. Your senses as to touch and hearing may go slightly weird though

9 out of 10 people that are legally blind still have some vision.Do research before making such an ignorant comment.
