Get a Piece of Tubing,attach to the Bottom of a Bucket(With a Hole in Of Course).
Fill said Bucket with Cold,Black Coffee!
Lube the hose with an appropriate Gel/Lubricating agent.
Hang the (Now Full of Cold black Coffee) Bucket higher than You.Insert the Tube into your Orifice and allow the Cold,Black Coffee to enter!
You are now giving your-self a Caffeine Colonic!(Supposed to speed up metabolism, and Obviously Clear you Out!)
