You are missing two letters from your spelling of 'you.' If you are going to be serious about asking questions like this, at least write out the whole thing, this is not a cell phone 'txt' message.
As far as my interpretation of the sentences go, here's how I read them:
Will - Will is asking for a prediction of the future. At some point in the future will you come to me?
Would - Would seems to be striking a bargain with the person. If I did this, would you do that (come to me)?
Can - Can is asking if you are capable of coming to me.
Could - Could is conditional. Under the following circumstances would you come to me.
Honestly I think that the most correct version would be to say, "Please come here." In real life you could pretty much use any of those terms to get the desired result.
As for be, not sure what you are asking on that.

It could be that it would be all right to use "could and would" in future sentences with "be."

WOULD is a more kind way to ask
will you is a demand. you are demanding someone to do something
The same thing for can, Could you, is saying it in a nice way, CAN is a demand...

Can/could refers to the ability to do something. Will/would refers to willingness/desire/intent to do something.

"Will you please come with me?" is asking if they will oblige you.
"Would you please come with me?" is more depending on a situation or outcome.
"Can you please come with me?" is asking if it is possible (are able,) for the person to go with you.
"Could you please come with me?"is asking if, depending on a situation or outcome, could they possibly come with you.
Yes, you "would be able" or "could be able" to do, say, be, have etc.
