Try TalkTalk; free broadband when you rent your phone line directly from them (i.e. no BT) and buy their talk3 call plan.

It works out £11 for the line, and £8.99 for the calls so £20 per month for ADSL.

I use it and it's as good as my old BT service. The only down side is that they can take several weeks to get your broadband installed due to very high demand.

The installation "process" involves sending you a cardboard box containing a cablemodem and a small digital filter that you connect between the modem and the phone socket. That's all. We had no visitors or anything.

Don't ask your question in your own personal code like that. Most of us are tired of decyphering code...lol You want our focus to be on the question you're asking, not the way you're asking it... at least I hope you do... Now, what was that again? ;-)
