Data Protection does Not allow you to obtain Cell Phone Numbers!
You have to involve the Police,File a Complaint (Class the With held Number calling You as a 'Nuisance Caller').
Then maybe you'll get it from there!
But it's a Lot f Hassle -Just Change your Number with your Service provider-Cheap and easier!!
