A "kinder" word for an eco-terrorist. A person who is fanatical about protecting the ecology and environment to the point of destroying property and killing those who oppose them.

It is similar to saying someone is an eco terrorist. Guerilla was a term coined during the Napoleonic Wars to describe groups of fighters in Spain that were not affiliated with any national army. They were basically civilians that took up arms to fight the French Army. The term has come to be used for an irregular group of fighters that use unconventional tactics to fight a regular army force. The French Resistance in WWII, the Viet Cong in the Vietnam Conflict, the Mujahadeen in Afghanistan during the Soviet occupation are some examples.
Eco is short for Ecosystem, or can be another term for environment in general. Eco-friendly means something that is friendly to the environment.
Right now in the US groups of radical environmentalists are considered the most dangerous domestic terrorist threat. They have burned down new home construction, fire bombed car dealers, and attacked pharmaceutical companies. These groups and their members could be called eco guerillas, but are more accurately called eco terrorists since they are trying to terrorize people into changing their views about the environment and enviromental policy through things like bombings and arson. If they were to take up arms and attack the government itself or any organized military force they would become eco guerillas.

Guellira is a warfare and eco refers to teh enviroment, I can not find a meaning putting that togheter, because for example guerilla use weapons, whats has to do weapons with ecology?

Forget your "nice" terms J.D.,-- They are eco terrorists! Your answer in an example are, greenpeace and peta. The former is more radical. Some time ago, greenpeace went too far and protested against a French ship-(greenpeace was in a rubber zodiac)--the French apparently had no sense of humor and blasted them. These eco-freak groups go under the super secrect code name--"NUTS".
