Input Orange MMS : Press Ok

Scroll to HOMEPAGE: Press Change

Scroll to SERVICE TYPE 1 : Press Change

Scroll to WAP : Press Select

Scroll to GATEWAY IP 1 : Press Change

Input 192.168.224.010 : Press Ok

Scroll to PORT 1 : Press Change

Scroll to SPEED ( Bps ) 1 : Press Change

Select 9600 : Press Select

Scroll to LINE TYPE 1 : Press Change

Scroll to ISDN : Press Select

Press Menu

Scroll to GPRS APN

Input orangemms ( case sensitive ) : Press Ok

Scroll to USER NAME: Press Change

Input Orange ( case sensitive ) : Press Ok

Scroll to PASSWORD: Press Change

Input Multimedia ( case sensitive ) : Press Ok

Press Done

The MMS account will now be saved

Press Exit

Press Back

Press Back

Select MESSAGES MENU

Press Select

Press Menu

Scroll to MESSAGE SETUP: Press Select

Scroll to MMS MESSAGE SETUP: Press Change

Scroll to SERVER INFO: Press Select

Press Menu

Scroll to NEW: Press Select

Scroll to SERVICE NAME: Press Select

Enter Orange MMS : Press Ok

Scroll to SERVER NAME: Press Select

The previous answer shows you how to install the settings manually.

The only reason is possibly you had a replacment or a sim update for something recently, which may reset you settings, its rare but it happens. Check that you can recevie MMS too. If that works... Its more then likely the picture you try to send could be too big for the network to send. If you can't recevie MMS, this means you need your settings re-installed. There is not a fault with your phone, its just needs the settings re-entered. If you don't fancy doing manually using the info of the previous answer, you can ring 150 and they can get the settings sent to you over the network as a text and then you just need to save and follow the prompts, which customer services should talk you through.
