I'm the admin for my Ex g'friend's website, and communication between her and I is exhausted....but I need her to take over administration and the cost of her domain.
Other than transferring the domain over to her & making the files that make up the Website available to her, is there anything else that is my legal responsibility regarding this?

The moment you are NOT listed on the domain name's CURRENT registration record, you have nothing further to do with the domain name. Any other "legal" responsibility is something you and the other party have to discuss and agree upon quickly lest it reaches Court.

If you don't have a contract with her, then you have no legal responsibility whatsoever. ;-)
