Hi, I have a French MA in Law. I have been working for international organisations and I would need to get the bar exam, to access better career opportunities. I do not intend to work as an advocate, just to get the diploma to put it on my CV. I would like to take the bar exam in a country where it is as easy as possible, either a French or an English speaking country. I can go to study for one year anywhere in the world, so options in Africa, Asia, North America etc.. are welcome. Many thanks in advance.

Well you aren't qualified to take it in the US, so not there.

I would see where you are able to take it and go from there. If you can, France would be the best.

I have no idea about the bar in Canada, but in the Province of Quebec one can use both French and English. You could search for a law school there that might answer your question. Also, there are several countries in Africa where French and English are both official languages.
Have you asked the people at the international organizations where you have worked?

It makes sense to concentrate your efforts in areas that you are going to be working with. In the US, the bar exam is given at the state level, so you have to take the bar exam in multiple states to be qualified to practice law in multiple states.

Talk with the company(ies) that you work for and ask them where they would like you to see you certified to practice law-- if they require that.
