I leave in the east Midlands area and i had Safestyle fit 6 windows and 1 door 8 months ago. No hard sale though you need to do some sharp negotiations as their first quote can be dropped by as much as 75%! DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCE, that's where there markup is. The 'ringing the boss' routine appears to be an inside joke, and we did laugh about it with the salesman!
The fitters were professional though you will have to check the finished product and your plasterwork before they depart. Depending on the quality you choose, the product is good though it appears they still have problems with their door locks -- had ours replaced 2 weeks ago with no hustles.
Do not opt for the ventilation slots, they are not necessary and if it blows a gale, they do whistle. They fixed them at the same time they did the locks, but can not be sure until whenever we get high winds.
The salesman was honest enough (when we showed him some negative comments on the web) that in certain areas especially in the southeast where they are trying to increase market share, the feedback was not great.
Hope this is use-full.

i had safestyle fitted no probs with the window units, but just check on the quality of the locks and handles, i did however go for the basic standard locks and handles and was offered a better quality at a higher price however, plumbed for the cheapest and now regret it ,window units themselves are ok, if you get them done, check absolutely everything out when done, open and shut the windows and doors, maybe they have improved on there locks since i had mine done, but check it out.

We had Safestyle round to do a quote and they were useless, making it up as he went along, started at £18k the dropped to £6.......... I don't think so!!

But if you feel satisfied, go with it. I've heard mixed reports about them. Depends on your area. x
