See mom and dad. Dame and Sire. You need to know if they are healthy. They need a good bed a crib mattress is awesome for this and you can find a lightly used one at a consignment store. You also need to have raised food and water bowls. Plant stands are about the only thing i have found tall enough. If they have to keep bending to a floor level bowl this can harm their back and neck. They are gentle giants but need socialization. Make sure the breeder keep liter mates for a while like up to 10 weeks. This is so the Dame can teach the whelp and it can learn to tolerate others while playing with brother and sisters. They can get bloat. This is a twisting of the stomach. Mastiffs are a deep chested dog they all have a danger of bloat. This may be caused by eating to fast. You will need to watch for this. If they do seem to be woofing down dinner put tennis balls in the bowl so they can only eat little bit at a time. Bloat can also be caused by playing to hard after eating. Research this so you know when to take it to the vet as bloat will KILL. Not kidding, there is a time you can save them and a time that is too late. Never allow them on the bed or couch. Yes you will love it when it is a pup but as a 145 lbs adult you may have no room to sit there with them. Lastly ask about hip dyspepsia. They are largely prone to this.

I don't know of any exercises. However, if you are overweight, that will increase snoring. Being excessively tired will increase snoring, too. Also, be sure you have a good mattress and pillows. When you sleep, your head should be level with your shoulders.

Or have your tonsils/adnoids taken out if the snoring is really bad.
