The best thing you can drink when you're over weight is water, also citrus juices like lemon, limes, pineapple, oranges or grapefruit are good, perhaps these juices are good to cut some of the body fat. Avoid beers or any alcohol beverages, once alcohol is in the body system it becomes sugar high in calories.

Obviously drinking lots of water helps. I don't agree with drinking juices because they are all to sugary although tomato juice and grapefruit juice may have some health benefits.

There are lots of teas that can help with weight lose. Green tea is proven to aid weight lose.

If you mean alcohol it is really bad for actually preventing you from losing weight. If you have to drink then don't drink on an empty stomach and stick to wine or if you want hard then gin and soda water or vodka and a diet mix.

It acts as a cleanser for your organs right through to your skin.
It detox's your system.

You should aim to drink 8 glasses of water a day along with a balanced diet if you are concerned about your weight. Cut out too many carbs if you can and avoid sugary food. Best of all...exercise and the water is great for that also.
