If so , then thats an IE option you need to disable. Go to Tools then Internet Options and then under the Security tab, click on Custom Level. You need to find the category SCRIPTING and then change "Allow programmatic clipboard access" from Prompt to Enable.

You have the option to "prompt" you so that is why it is constantly asking you to allow access. If you click on enable or disable, then you will not get a prompt message, and it will enable it or disable it automatically (depending on what you choose).

Clipboard is an allocated part of your system where they put temporary copies of pictures, texts, etc when you "copy" them. Then when you paste them, it will get the copy from the clipboard and paste them for you.

Maybe you can try disallowing access, than go to clipboard and check.
