The domain Prokaryota includes the bacteria, a great many of which have some means of locomotion, such as a flagella or cilia. I suppose that there are some species in the domain that are not motile, but I don't know that. So my answer is that there are at least many species that are indeed motile.

The what kingdom? I'm sorry but you are behind the times. The majority of practicing scientists use the three domain system of classification where prokaryotes don't exist as a single kingdom. I hate to use wikipedia as a source of information but they have explained it quite well.

Not all, but some bacteria are motile.

yes, but not all of them. Bacterias consist of one of the group of Prokaryote. they can move..because some of the becterias have flagellat which helps to move.
