Why limit it to those 4? It would also depend on the circumstances, and that's why creative storytellers can make the comics so much fun. If you just throw the 4 into a room and say fight it out or Earth gets destroyed Superman should win if he avoids GRs Pennance stare. Supes has always been hung up about how his action, even though always well intended, have helped bring evil into the DC universe (ie Lex Luthor)

I'd say spiderman, as he has the brains to use kryptonite on superman, and has his spider sense, which would counter daredevil. And although the flaming motorbike is cool, spidey will be able to dodge it.

No one wins in a fight.
In a manner of thinking, everyone would lose.
Why not develop a comic book story in which everyone decides to forsake violence, and work peacefully to co-exist? Fantasy? But then what else is comic animation for? Why not?
