I got a message saying it's coming soon...that they are just making it available slowly...Does anyone have it? What is it exactly?

I've been using it for a few months. It allows you to click and drag e-mails to other folders, has a preview pane so you can read your e-mail without actually opening it, and just recently has a Yahoo News area on the Home tab and will tell you when it's minimized if you have new messages. It's pretty cool and I like it!

Yeah, it's a new interface for Yahoo Mail that makes and look and feel more like outlook mail rather than "Web Mail". It's pretty cool.

You should have an option to "try it now" - I took advantage of that, and so I'm able to view my yahoo account in the Beta format. I like it a LOT better than the current "standard" yahoo mail.

Beta mail is something new that are starting and mine is doing the same thing. I can't see anything but links and I hve too click to get into my inbox....No telling what it will look like. Probably like google beta does or along those same lines.

A beta program is generally a new one = something that needs to be tried out. Folks at Yahoo!, Google, etc. often offer free beta programs for users to test = better you work out the kinks on your computer than on theirs, LOL.

Its the same yahoo mail with a redesigned new interface, and a better anti virus and most efficient spam guard. The interface looks very similar to outlook express.
