I've had it a little over a month, and it's worked beautifully for me. As of this morning, 10/11/06, the scroll feature won't scroll anymore. Any suggestions on how to get it working again?

It's a Gateway MX6214 Notebook. Does that help? I checked the scroll lock, nothing happened.

do a windows update. if it doesnt work, get a refund

Did you check to make sure the scroll lock is not turned on? If you can specify the model of laptop I can probably provide some more infromation.

And if all that stuff doesent work, before you resort to returning it and getting a new one like one person suggested, you may just try calling tech support and having them help you, as if they can't help you they will most likely offer to fix it for you.

reintsall the driver for it or if you have win xp use the handy sys restore feature
goto start
goto all programs
goto accessories
goto sys tools
goto restore feature
check restore computer to a earlyer time go back before problem started (should fix it)
sys will reboot it will inform you if sys was restored to disired date or not and you are fixed
