No contraception is 100% so it is possible

There is ALWAYS a chance that you can get pregnant even when using contraceptives. The only way to be absolutely sure is abstenence- I am not sure how THAT idea stikes you :-) - but the use of contraceptives helps to decrease the odds GREATLY. Your body could be changing its cycle and that is why your period was late. You could also be stressed out and that sometimes will affect a womans menstral cycle. You should ask your doctor to be sure or go to the womens health webite, I forget what the address is exactly but if you search womens health on the web or even birth control methods you will get an array of articles about this issue- some even have comments from other women and doctors included.

There is no form of birth control that is 100%. But usually the implants are 99.5% effective. Your period could be late do to stress, a hormonal imbalance, etc... But just to be on the safe side get a home pregnancy test to be sure. Or go to your doctor for a pregnancy test.
Good Luck.

I have had the implant for just under 3yrs and my periods completely stopped, it is very unlikely that you are pregnant as it is probably just your body adjusting to the hormones from the implant
