Has anyone ever bought anything from Misco.co.uk?

Question

I want to buy a sony laptop and misco have a good deal but i haven't heard of them and was wondering if anyone else had and if they had any problems. A company called technoworld also have a deal but again I've never heard of them. If anyone knows of any other good websites to buy cheap laptops from then i'd love to hear from you, cheers.

I havent bought from them in a few years but had nothing but praise for them when i did.

They are a bit pricey, and they bombarded you with catalogues afterwards but then again so does everyone else.

Buy with confidence, but check out ebuyer.com first.

I have used MIsco extensively and Technoworld a couple of times. Both are reputable companies and I've not had any problem with either - although Misco's order tracking is better.

You might also want to look at www.dabs.com or try a price comparison site like kelkoo.co.uk if you know the exact model you're looking for.

Hey there, we use Misco at work - they are one of our proffered suppliers and we are a big multi national company. We buy all of our IT equipment off them.

I've never had any problems and they will bend over backwards to help you if they don't have what you need.

I bought an interactive whiteboard from them and they were pants, to the extent that it was quicker getting the missing parts and manuals from the US manufacturer than it was to even get to talk to MISCO. My advice, is that unless the deal is really really really good, go elsewhere!

MISCO are good, we had no problems, and we ordered at about 4pm on one day, paid for standard delivery and had it the next day at 9am. You can't fault that service.
