Yes, the flaw in the thought process of evolution.
Evolution is true, everything evolves as to the depth and dimension of that evolution is what I believe the argument to be among thinkers.
Monkeys do not have jobs because they are monkeys. They have limited brain capacity even in the midst of their intelligence compared to other mammals other than humans.
I think too often some supporters of the evolutionist theory without much study think some day monkeys will act as they did in the "Planet of the Apes" but guess what that is a movie and it is not real - it is Hollywood.

i'm sure monkeys have jobs we are aware of unless your a monkey researcher..
i'm sure some monkeys are suppose to watch out for predators.. some monkeys are stay at home moms
some monkeys are suppose to help with food..
some monkeys have to help protect the other monkeys
sounds like they have jobs to me :)

Monkeys do have jobs. I've seen them walking to and fro in their little monkey suits. And on Sundays, they ride dinosaurs to church.

Please don't tell me your point is that if we evolved from apes, why are there still apes around. we didn't evolve form apes, we share a common ancestor. And they didn't develop the same intelligence as humans because they evolved in a different environment which didn't allow this. But they do have communication, hierarchy, and jobs within their own groups.
