Just click on the video, and it plays in your media player (for example, Windows Media Player). If you want to save a video to your disk, try looking for a File > Save As... menu item in your media player.

u can download and save the video file that u want to.
But, before that, u have to download a software called as google video player,that plays the google videos, it automatically asks u to download that s/w first.
But, it is sure that u can download videos frm video.google.com

also if u r using mozilla firefox there is a plugin for it....
