First I wouldn't consult Yahoo answers for medicines if I were you. Indian doctors are amongst the best in the world and you should visit one to prescribe medicines for you if you need. Having said that I may wish to add that it is best to try to control your weight by means of dieting and workout rather than by drugs. Your hypertension level is what is called borderline hypertension that usually entails no more than good weight loss, workout and low-sodium diet, but again the final say goes to your physician.

Read this only if your BP is Primary Hypertension.

Hydrochlorothiazide (Brand name: Aquazide) 12.5mg one tablet in the morning. Wait 1 week and check the BP.
Add Lisinopril (Listril) if your BP is not controlled with Hydrochlorothiazide alone. Start at 5mg and increase the dose upto 40mg if necessary. This drug should be taken in the evening. Check the BP every 10 days.
If you need to add one more drug to control BP you can try Amlodipine.

do not ever try any medicine without doctor's advise. go to physician for routine check-up. if the readings on b.p. is more than normal, he will still not prescribe you any medicine, but put you on diet and exercise for 3 months.
follow proper diet and exercise, may be you get rid of blood pressure forever.
after 3 months if still you get higher readings take the medicines as prescribed by your doctor only.
