I've been cheated by an online gambling site, how do I go about getting my money back?

You, like so many others, have fallen for an old scam.
Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do.
1) If you live in the US, it's illegal to gamble online anyhow.
2) Most "Casinos" online are in another country. You have no way of persuing legal actions when going to the site in the first place is illegal (Again, if you're from the US), and it's in another country.
Best thing you can do is learn your lesson and move on.

Being that most online gambling sites are overseas; there's really nothing you can do. A lot of the places are blacklisted because they cheated people. Before playing at an online casino, I would research it. Just go to yahoo and type the name of the online casino or gambling site and keywords like "scam", etc. I almost had to find this out the hard way.
