Firstly there is no shortcut to losing weight in a healthy manner. And secondly you cannot lose weight if you keep consuming more than what your body can burn.

1. Check your calories. Skipping meals is not a good idea.

2. Burn your calories.
* Running is the best.
* If you cannot run avoid lifts and climb stairs.
* Walking and cycling hardly help unless you walk for 25km and cycle 80km every day.
* Do not Sit around or sleep for long hours.

3. Drink water shortly before meals. It serves two purpose: -
* Mildly dilutes your potent gastric juices (it is likely to give you a mild case of indigestion and is not very effective).
* Gives you a feeling of fullness by filling your stomach thereby helping you to eat less.

4. Avoid oily/fatty foods. Foods full of protein carbohydrated. Avoid snacks. Have watermellon for breakfast.

PS. Don't go for the ultra slim model kind of a figure. It is not healthy especially for women. More so since it is a fashion trend which in a few years will disappear.

lose weight quickly????????well to be safe you cant lose weight quickly.5 pounds a week is fairly safe.however if you lose too fast the fat will come back.also if you lose too much at one time your body may not like it and you will end up in the hospital.safest way is through diet and exercise.fruits and vegetables plus skinless chicken and tuna for protein.there are groups all over your area that can help you. try a local hospital.or you can try jenny craig or weight watchers.but its really your diet and exercise that makes the difference

Various exercise dvds or videos, rotating each workout. Have a bottle of water in the fridge with a pop up lid so when you feel like a snack fill up on the water. Write down everything you eat so having it in black and white at the end of the day you can see exactly what you have eaten all day, you might be surprised. Big breakfast, medium lunch and light dinner and plenty of water!

the best remedy for me is stair wells if u have em use them up to 20 time a day and every other time u use them,xenical is good to if u prefer fast acting weight lose u take 3 tablets daily all the fat u consume goes out of your bodyits about $100 to$130 at the locol chemist

Although a bizarre name but it simply works! Have you heard anything about batama weight loss adept. If you haven t, do a quick Google search. Well, i can t say I lost my whole belly fat with it but I lost enough weight to reach my previous shape of my twenties!
