it technically can't go in too far. in other words it won't go up inside your body. if you've lost the string you should be able to reach up there and find it. put one leg up on the edge of the tub or on the toilet.... if all else fails, you really need to have a doctor get it out for you.... because even though there is only so far it can go it should not stay there for longer than eight hours tops.
good luck

hiya
you need to get it out asp
the tampon will get bigger as it gets wet and makes it larger and harder to get out
it is very important that you get yourself to the nearest hospital as soon as possible. The tampon that is stuck will cause an infection very quickly, and could possibly even lead to toxic shock syndrome, the symptoms being sudden onset of high fever, vomiting or diarrhoea, nausea, headaches or muscular pains, fainting and dizziness, and sometimes a rash like sunburn can appear. Toxic shock syndrome can be fatal if it's not treated in the early stages, that is why I stress to you how important it is you get to a hospital to have the tampon removed.

Yes, it can sort of get lost. I just saw this on the Oprah show and a female gynecologist said she has at least 1 lost tampon removal a month in her office. The tampon ends up behind the cervix. Sit on the toilet with your legs wide open and bear down as if you are giving birth. Reach in with your fingers and try to get it as you are bearing down. If you can't locate it go to your doctor to have it removed. If left in it can harbor all sorts of bacteria and cause an infection.

That's not possible. Your vagina isn't some endless tunnel. The tampon would eventually be stopped by your cervix which isn' that far up, plus tampons provide a handy little string to help pull it out.

When this occurs, you must go to your local Wal-Mart Super Center and buy a tampon extractor. Use the tampon extractor to reach inside of your cunnt and remove the yucky tampon.

Several years ago this happened to my wife. I went through hell trying to get it out of her. A more difficult problem occurs when you forget that a tampon is inside you and it stays there for several weeks.

it's not physically possible. Because it hits the cervix, and the cervix is too small for it to go through, soo yeah. If you can't find the string, root around in there and you'll have to find it, because it's inevitable unless you give up

Yes, it IS physically possible. They often get lodged behind the cervix if forgotten for days. You need to go to a gynecologist to remove it.
