You can't.
This is like a jealousy thing. How can you be sure your girlfriend isn't out snogging other men when she goes out with her girlfreinds? You can't but you justy have to trust.
She could go and have sex with someone else right? She could leave you because she thinks you are rubbish in the sack right? She doesn't have to say you are brilliant does she? But she's having sex with you, not dumping you and saying she thinks its great. What more proof do you need?

You can never be sure, as she can't be with you. If she says it's great accept it as the compliment I'm sure its meant to be. And don't get too hung up on pleasing her alone, enjoy it yourself as well. The more you can both enjoy each other and be happy with that the better.

You should be able to tell easily. You will feel it for one. Her muscles will contract and there will be suddering. Also she should get a flush on her neck and chest. If it is just a lot of noise she is probably faking it. I am not a good enough actress to be able to pull it off lol!

any girl thats ever had a mind-blowing orgasm will know the following!! u can tell if she's for real cuz when she says she's having one, u should be able to feel her contract and expand around u, repeatedly and very quickly! the deeper the orgasm, the more intense the clenching will be! trust me, thats the ONLY way u can be sure.

I would recommend that you try your best to make her orgasm first, either with your tongue or your fingers. That way the pressure is off (a little) for her to orgasm again. So you can be a little bit more confident that if she orgasms through intercourse again then she is probably not faking. Unless you are taking hours and hours to reach your own orgasm and she is getting bored.

If you're enjoying it, and she says she is - well, that's all you can ever hope for! If that bit of the relationship is apparently OK, time to focus some energies on other aspects of the relationship as well - if you just start getting paranoid about the sex, so will she!

All women say that to the men they care about. Don't worry about whether it's true or not, just be glad that she cares enough to want to boost your self-esteem.

When a woman orgasms, there is an unmistakable, involuntary reflex of the vaginal muscles.
No repeated vaginal tightening==faking it
