You really don't need a web site, you just need data recovery software and it is self explanatory. You can start with free software from Snapfiles.com.

The only thing data recovery is is renaming files which still exist on your hard disk but were renamed to be invisible to windows. Whichever way you do it, even using the old DOS Undelete, you still need something to show the files (such as undelete). But it is not easy to use undelete any more because now windows locks the disk for recovery so uou also have to use dos command to unlock the disk before undelete can do it.

When recovery is so easy with software even available free, what is the point of trying to find a way to make it more difficult?

you are much better off using the free software or paid for versions as data recovery is a specialist subject and requires great skill its not something you will get into easuily and only the best get those sort of jobs, no offence its just the truth.
