Seems like anything I eat works for me. Try hard boiled eggs, beer, beans, potatoes, cabbage and you to can be a farting champion. And if you cut one of those silent deadly ones ask the person next to you if they smell something burning.

White Castle cheeseburgers, a frozen clams casino dinner, and Piel's draft.
These were the last things I had left to eat in my fridge when I was moving out of my apartment.
The "aftereffects" six hours later were legendary.
Beans and beer would also do.
