This answer's easy. The ability to communicate exceptionally well. This works in business (Branson, Philip Green, even Alan Sugar). It works in politics (Blair, Cameron, Reagan and some even say Bush), it also works in personal relationships (me!) - if you can't communicate with your partner, your relationship will soon go down the drain.
