I PERSONALLY DON'T LIKE IT. EXCEPT IF IT'S A TUNIC FROM A LIGHT MATERIAL AND A PLAIN JEAN JACKET.

it depends, if the shirt is baggy no. tight fitting yes. but it can't be too long, ends around the waist, and it can't have sleeves. Plus, the jacket should match the shirt.

those short jackets are one fad i would love to see leave they are so stupid looking the point of a jacket is to keep warm what do they keep warm your shoulders??
