besides the salary of course,for me its the PS2 thats attracting me to stay,i can play anytime i like while working,the peeps there are cool too, although i don't know what race are they, the speak with an american accent but looks like people from brazil, the only thing bad about that place is my friends keep playing irriating christian songs which boils me up

Two factors:
1. If the people are interesting enough that there is some social drama going on.
2. If the work itself is interesting enough that I can visualize doing this for the rest of my life.
Aand then, you just have to chuckle inside, at the Christian music. It's just a side--effect of managment's goofiness.

Well if they hire me as fulltime and not a sub then they pay my medical and all I have to pay is a co-pay. Plus my pay will go up.
