um... first, you go to a convenient store or gas station. Then you ask for a pack of smokes by name brand (ie Marlboroughs or Newport). Pay the cashier (usually around $5 per pack I think, but since you're a smoker now, you might as well stock up and get a whole carton for $45 or so)

Then you smack the top of the pack against your hand like a monkey to pack the tobacco in nice and firm. Then you grab the little plastic pulltab and remove the cellophane. The top of the box should then come open relatively easy, revealing about 20 cigarettes.

You remove one of the cigarettes and place the filtered end in your mouth. Then apply a flame evenly over the tip and lightly inhale to pull the flame in. Once the end is firmly lit, inhale a small amount of smoke into your mouth, pull the cigarette away, and breathe it into your lungs for that nice carcinogenic effect. Then exhale promptly (it's not weed), and feel free to take another drag.

Repeat every half hour or so, even if you have to leave your lover in bed and stand outside in the cold wearing nothing but a flimsy robe and a pair of bunny slippers as he scrambles to get his clothes on in a rage of disbelief and blueballs. Remember, you're a smoker now, so you can't live without one!

Then when guys lose interest in you because you have yellow teeth and nasty breath, you need to practice this line: "I Don't care. It's my body, I do what I want! I don't need'chu!" and stomp off and have another smoke.

(This line also applies to pleading primary care physicians and concerned friends and family.)

Also, be sure to find employment with good retiree health insurance, because you will be dying shortly after retirement. Save up on trash bags, cuz you'll be hawking a lot too. But hey, at least you'll be thin (maybe)!

personally i wouldn't start smoking to lose weight, it makes no sense at all considering smoking causes high blood pressure and makes you unhealthy. Going to workout will be hard because you can't catch your breath, and theres no point in working out. If you want to lose weight do it the healthy way, Cause once you start smoking your either going to get addicted to cigs, or your going to quit smoking and then gain back every pound that you lost, and then have a better chance of dying. Your call is losing weight [thats not even proven] the easy way really worth it ?

do not even think about it.
i've been smoking since i was 13, and to tell you the truth i regret it. it is now very difficult to stop, i can feel that my body is unhealthy(even though i have a very healthy diet).
you will not lose weight, but possibly gain some when you stop as you will need something else to do instead, and eating is the easiest thing. so don't be silly, have some respect for your body, and spare this strain if you can.

Do not start smoking to lose weight. That is a bad idea, really bad for your health as well. Find a good diet plan that will work for you.

Exercise to lose weight. Smoking will not help you lose weight, it will inhibit your ability to live a long life.

No, No, No!! I tried to do that and ended up with Bronchitis! Don't try to give yourself lung cancer just to lose some weight. Instead try having a cup of tea or taking up a hobby that you do with your hands like knitting or gardening.
