I'm going out but it's raining so I can't decide between putting on:
a) giant wellies that are 5 sizes too big and will catch the rain
b) cloth shoes that will soak in the water
c) flip flops that will let the water run through
Each one will make my feet wet but which one is best?

Flip flops. And if you have trousers on, roll the mup too!
At least you can dry off the flip flops easily when you get back inside.

I'd go for the flip flops myself. Wellies will catch the water and and the water will be sloshing about all over the place and will be very uncomfortable. Cloth shoes will also be full of water and again very uncomfortable. not only that but the rain will almost certainly ruin them. Flip flops however will let the water run through. they are generally waterproof so won't get ruined and as long as you don't try to run in them, they should stay secure on your feet!

I assume 'wellies' are boots. And if it's warm outside, then go with the flip flops. Take a dry towel to dry off your feet. It's important to keep them warm and dry. If it's cold then wear thick socks and wear the 'giant wellies'. Take extra socks and shoes once u get inside the building. But I think it's time for you to make a trip to the shoe store and buy yourself a pair of rain boots, don't you?

Not the cloth shoes because then you will have to go through the hassle of washing them.
Not the wellies because you will have to dry those out afterwards.
It must be the flip flops!
At least you only have your feet to dry when you get back!

i would put on the cloth shoes, u got to think about what looks good with what your wearing,
if you going to put on wellies that are massive your going to looke abit stupid, same with flip flops people will be like its raing you cant wear flip flops
so i reckon clot shoes are best out of the three options

Go with the flip flops, let your toes get lovely and wet. I love the rain.

Well as you don't mind your feet getting wet it has to be the Flip Flops. As the others will make your feet wet but they will also hold water and have your feet in a squelchy watery mess.

definitely the flip flops!
wellies are bulkyand water get into it. that must suck.
cloth shoes are definitely too unfit for such situation.
with flip flops... you're free!
