Its better not to write the wrong code than the not writing at all. It is difficult to get the PIN code from outside ur place as there may be many. Some times the locality where u reside may not come under the postal code of the Post office where it is located. So be careful. Uf u have the corrrect complete address it will reach the destination sooner than later( may be few days delay). If a wrong PIN is given it will be returned back to u as address not found.

The Postal Code/ZIP Code is the address which the postal services use to deliver mail. Without it is makes their job much more difficult. What do you mean "when you make a command"? and what are these "dates of your address"?

The phone book is one thing to try, international dialling. Or the international operator.Failing that give your phone company a ring and they should tell you. Hope this helps.
