I'm not sure you can.....BTW...more smarter than what/who???? Pay more attention to smart people , what they say & do.....study more and try harder to seek more knowlage...Go to school and pay attention and ask more questions when you need to. Don't be afraid to ask for help and keep your mind open when someone dose try to help you!!!

im not sure u can. u can become better informed tho - read the papers, read books, ask questions (listen to and understand the answers), watch tv, surf the net.
