There is no USPS in Romania as USPS stands for United States Postal Service. Of course the United States Postal Service only services the United States and forwards mail going outside of the country on to that country. UPS (the courier company) may deliver there - you could check with their website. www.ups.com

I'd imagine that they have a postal system but I wouldn't imagine that they'd have a U.S. Postal System.
