Who the hell cares about the earring? Earrings can be replaced, ears cannot. 14kt gold studs are cheap compared to the cost of taking her to the doctor to fight an infection due to inability to clean her ears. A small pair of needle nose pliers will get the back loose enough to remove. If you're more concerned about the earring than your daughters ear, then you need to get your priorities straight.

Try putting some soap/water on the back of the earring, might help to loosen it and pull it off. Then rinse the ear off well with alcohol to fight against infection. If that does not work, go to your Doctor - do not go back to the place that peirced her ear, due to liability reasons, they cannot touch it. If worst comes to worse, her ear is much more valuable than the earring. Good luck.

just keep working with it
i dont think i would worry about damaging the earring if it was stuck on my ear and that was the only option to remove it
if you feel sure you can hang on to the front tightly get some small pliars and gently work the back in a small circular motion a few times
this may work it loose

I would rather save my daughters ear than the earing, take her to a doctor, she may have an infection setting in. It needs to be removed as soon as possible.

well catch the back of it and pull hard you might try putting a little soap suds on your finger and rubbing it on the back of it then trying to pull it off.the soap will make it slide easier.
