I know just this:Isoniazid (also called isonicotinyl hydrazine or isonicotinic acid hydrazide) is often abbreviated INH. Isoniazid is a first-line antituberculous medication used in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis.

It is available in tablet, syrup, and injectable forms (given intramuscularly or intravenously), available world-wide, inexpensive to produce and is generally well tolerated.

In what context is it found? It could be an anacronym for the Institute of Natural Health---it could also be the shortend term (nickname) for isoniazid---or anything else.

INH is the common abbreviation (in English) for Isoniazid, a drug used to treat tuberculosis.
