It is a question of ownership, who owned it in the first place?
Did the baker who created the cookie? The person who requested the cookie in the first place? or indeed the person who supplied the ingredients (if the baker did not)...
If you can not definitively define its' owndership to start with, then I did not steal it, I just converted its' past ownership to that of my stomachs' present ownership..
Are we in the Philosophy section or the Cookery section by the way?
