everyone has different symptoms of pregnancy. i know someone who has extreme morning sickness everyday with her first pregnancy, but she wasnt sick even once with her second child.

if you arent having any extreme symptoms, dont worrie. consider yourself lucky that you can enjoy your pregnancy without being sick.

Well I actually never new I pregnant when I was 4 weeks along.I normally didn't find out until about 7-8 weeks. All pregnancy's are not same .All women are different as for morning sickness what you need to know is its not only in the morning. Some women get sick and some just feel nauseous. The crampy feeling is very normal though unless its followed by severe pain and bleeding. With my son I was always sick in the morning , when I was pregnant with my daughter it only happened around 6:00 at night.I'm now pregnant with my 3rd and spent my first trimester sick all day.Crackers and ginger ale will help with the sickness and the nauseous feeling.Good Luck.Wish I could be more help but as I said all pregnancy's and women are different.

Every woman is different, not necessarily will you ever vomit or get morning sickness. My cousin went through her entire pregnancy without getting morning sickness, while other women will go the entire pregnancy sick as a dog. You may just be one of those lucky women who wont get sick. If you are having cramps and you have a confirmed pregnancy, I would go to your doctor and ask what is happening. I had the same thing happen at 8 weeks and ended up losing the baby. I would talk to your doctor they will be able to tell you exactly what is going on. Good luck and I wish you the best.

when u are 4wks pregnant u usually don't feel anything serious other than been tired, crampy feeling and sleepy these are normal. The vomiting aspect depends on your nature some vomit while others salivate more or u can have a combination of those two symtoms. So for now girl enjoy it while it lasts it will come later maybe from 12wks upwards. Rest and eat well stay bless.

This is the way pregnancy goes as your cramps are the egg settling into your uterus and in pregnancy you do feel sick and not be sick is just part of morning sickness(as you don't always have to be physically sick). And certain smells and tastes will become repulsive. Have you done a test to show your pregnant as you don't seem 100% sure and before you come on each month how do you feel before hand?

Every one is different .... some times we have similar experiences but not exactly the same. Some women feel soft and smooth while others are hard and lumpy...I would get a real lab test done and go from there.....take pre-natal vitamins now though....just in case.....won't hurt you a bit !!!
