Drink a pot of peppermint tea before going to bed, try to sleep with warm socks on your feet and don't uncover during the night!

Ginger is a very good "medicine" too: either as tea but only before midday or as a spice in veggie dishes!

well contrary to what most people tell you , dont try and cool yourself down ,it might make it worse, instead use a warm,damp,towel or take a warm shower , its best to sleep at room temp and not use fans also
